Open Crochet Dress in Lemon Yellow with Floral Detail

Bust: 15-18" (measured flat x 2) Waist: 12-15" Hips: 14-17" Length: 37" *Note, this does not come with the underdress/slip and will require one to be worn! I purchased this from an online sample sale, about 2002, and do not remember the original price. It has never been worn and does have the original tag attached but as it doesn't include a price, I'm not checking "with tags."
