Open back White lace dress

Long lace dress that has had “sparkles” sewn on. Marked size 4 but fits smaller. (I wear a size 0-2) Could be for a prom or different special occasion. Has small train & bustles up (shown in last pic.) with a tie in the layer underneath and a button on the lace. Would be better for someone taller than I am. Lol. (I’m only 5’1”)
