Opening Ceremony Stretch Ponte Pencil Skirt with Ruffle

Cute skirt with an interesting detail in the front. It does have some small, very faint marking on the back. Hard to see and hard to photograph, but there nonetheless. I think it's colour that transferred from the jacket I wore.
