Cut-outs hit at just the right spot and the waffle texture masks bumps and holds everything in tight! Very forgiving fabric with just the right amount of stretch. Can wear a regular bra due to strap placement. Not super short- is 36” shoulder to hem. Neckline plunges but not too far. Can wear a regular bra under this due to straps. Size S.
