Coat: pit to pit 15 1/2", top of shoulder seam to cuff 21" Dress: pit to pit 14 1/2", length 30". See pics for other measurements. Probably would fit an XS. Material is somewhat coarse, may be synthetic or a wool blend, I don't know. Dress and coat are both lined.
