Orange and Green vintage style jacket

Winter or spring coat in orange and green. It has a vintage feel and is in good condition. The tag says medium but I would think a small instead. I think it would fit a short or medium height person best. It has an inside zip pocket and removable sleeves to make a vest. Could be a ski jacket.
