Forever 21 - contemporary : Orange skirt with pockets. Size S. Waist measurement is approx. 13 inches. Flaw to note: one side of the hook and eye closure above the zipper is missing as you can see by the loose thread. This does not impact the wear of the skirt and could easily be replaced id preferred. Smoke and pet free home.
