Ordered a size too small

These are a men’s XS they fit women’s small, or extra small they do have adjustable draw strings inside. I am size medium and was hoping for the best as I ordered the men’s sweater in a S but they only had XS left in the joggers. BNWT tried on only, fit but snug would be perfect for a size small female. Reverse weave joggers, true colour!
