Orientique Australia dress in size 14/M, fit and flare

Blue and white 100% cotton, fully lined midi length dress that was worn once at a wedding. Deep v-neck that goes in at the waist and flares out in a flattering silhouette. The tag says size 14 Australia and size M Canada. Put to pit: 19” Length: 39”
