Original Kriegsmarine WWII Photograph

An original photo of four off duty Kriegsmarine sailors sitting on a mountainside, looking to be in a good mood; 1 is smoking a pipe. There is a ship in the water beneath them. Given the scenery it is most likely a fjord in occupied Norway. There is writing in pencil on the back which I cannot decipher and it looks like the top was clipped. It is just over 3 1/2" wide and 2 3/8" tall.
