Original Kriegsmarine WWII Photograph Vice-Admiral

An original photo of 4 naval officers with a pier in the background; there is either equipment piled at the end or a vessel docked there. The officer on the right of the picture has 2 bands on his cuff, the man next to him has 3 and, to their front, has 3+, which would make him one of the Germans' Vice Admirals. The piece is 3 1/2" wide by just over 2 1/2" tall. The number 89 is on its lower right -the photo may have been in a book of photos from which the admiralty could choose for propaganda purposes.
