What’s the waist measurement on these? Are they any stains or holes to report? Are the cuffed bottoms still intact or have they been stretched out?

@emilyv201 i am unsure about the waist measurement though it is elastic so it does stretch. The pants are in perfect condition and the cuffs are still in tact
