The soothing aroma of fresh Peppermint and Eucalyptus helps ease away unwelcome stress. * How to use: * For Heat Therapy: Place in clean microwave and heat in 20-second intervals until optimal heat is achieved * Test temperature on the inside of your wrist before use * Face Pillow should feel warm, not hot to the touch * Never leave unattended in microwave * For Cold Therapy: Seal in a plastic bag and place in freezer for several hours before use * May be left in the freezer indefinitely until ready for use * To wash: * Remove cover and machine wash in cold water * Do not wash or get herb pack wet
