amq Hi there. Not sure how else to get a hold of you. This is Alda. You sold me the beautiful Carolina Herrera silk striped gown with the fantastic copper Prada shoes. I have a problem, hope you can help🙏 Long story short, cobbler damaged shoes in multiple areas. He’s claiming I brought them damaged and they’re fake Pradas so won’t pay to have them fixed. They’re clearly new and unworn. By chance do you have pictures used to post on poshmark?🤞🏼🙏
