Ornate candlesticks silvertone plated brass

Beautiful and heavy. Not sure what the material is but just guessed. Have some patina and discoloured canvas glued to the bottom. No stamp and the yellow is coming through on the color. Magnets don’t stick to these. Have used some polish, not really sure how else to clean these but do have some prior residue from candles
