indu_bains @londonhorse yes they fit very tightly. They are meant to be strong compression. With a shoe size of 6.5 technically you should go with the small, but if you prefer a bit of give then you will want the medium. If you are looking for extra strong support then stick to the small. Hope that helps - with your shoe size it’s really a matter of preference on how secure you want your ankle and compressed your calves you prefer.

londonhorse Will the small fit then ? I still swell a fair bit with 15 to 20 compressions. I am on feet all day in mostly concrete floors

indu_bains @londonhorse I think you’ll be better with a small if you stand a lot all day - try editing your order otherwise cancel it and re order again as a small - I think you still have time
