This vintage Oscar de la Renta "Miss O" silk polka dot skirt is midi length and would make a beautiful evening skirt. The skirt is made in a semi sheer black with tiny dots silk and has a side zipper. The skirt was made in Hong Kong and is in mint condition. The size 8 on the tag is a vintage size, so please use the measurements as a guide. I estimate this skirt to fit more like a modern day size 2. WAIST: 24” LENGTH: 38”
