Otagiri Chickadee Bird Heavy Plastic Folder Stationary Paper Gibson Card Company

Otagiri Japan heavy plastic folder has embossed design of a chickadee bird on the front. Empty folder was made to hold stationary paper pad, also has loop to hold pen and corner slot to hold envelopes or cards. Folder size is 6 1/4" x 8 1/2", will fold paper pad approx. 5" wide x 7" long. Pre-owned condition, some wear to edges & small marks to surface.
