Otagiri Style Speckled Stoneware Mug | MCM Geometric Abstract Design

A highly collectible stoneware mug that although not marked, is likely made by Otagiri in Japan. The geometric abstract pattern is identical to other kitchenware that they made. The brown and deep orange colors are still vibrant and eye-catching. The speckled mug is in excellent vintage condition, without chips or cracks. There is some very minor crazing inside the mug, only on the base. The mug is 3 1/2" tall, 4 1/4" width to handle, and holds 8 ounces or 250 ml.
