cloc_closet Can you tell me if these say they are a size "38" in the tongue as that's usually equivalent to a US 8. Thanks!

sarahmariah10 @cloc_closet They are 41” - would that be more of a 8 1/2 or 9 then? I didn’t know what that meant - they are my husbands, and he is usually an 8 or 81/2x.
