Over the Knee Lace Up Heels NWOT

Never used, go over the knee with 4” heel. Lace up front with decorative buckles on the side. Has leopard print on inside (2nd last photo). Slight discolouration on left boot (see last photo). Otherwise in great condition! Will accept reasonable offers.
