Over the Knee flat Boot

This flat riding boot is above the knee and can be folded over. However, when I tried folding them the snap came off both boots. There is a Velcro to totally remove the strip which I guess is how it’s meant to be worn? Price reflects this as they are brand new. Very comfortable and has a bit of elastic on back for extra give.
