Over the cream knee boots

Reposhing this item I purchased from @mannymartins850. Loved it, but I am too short for these boots they do not suit me I only tried them on when purchased they are absolutely beautiful boots There is a mark on the boots that was there when I got them ,the seller had told me about it but it definitely doesn’t affect the quality of these beautiful boots Questions?
