Over the knee black leather heeled boots with long fringe detail at back

Made in Italy. Labelled size 39.I am a small US 8 and its fits with a bit of extra room. Can wear a thicker sock or padded sole. Some flaking and peeling of leather on interior of zipper and inner top area(see 3rd and 4th last pics). 2 silver adjustable buckle straps at back of knee. Long fringe falling at back of boot. Part zip from calf to sole. Soft leather. Approx 4.25in heel. 24.5in from top of front to sole. 22.5in bottom of high heel(ground) to top of back. 14in circumference at calf. Light indentation on leather on outer right foot(see last pic). Some wear on heel of leather boot and high high(see 2nd last pic). Please ask if you have further questions on wear or measurements :)
