anita_cheung @kimberlee_dee Totally not a weird question. It's the material in the inside of the boot that helps hold up the boot as well as a snug leg fit. I can take a pic of the inside of the boot if you like. I usually wear over the knee boots with leggings and I don't have an issue with it falling down.
