I purchased both these items together in Las Vegas a long time ago. Considering they have been worn a lot they are in decent condition and I personally think they have a lot more life. Both pieces are a steal of a deal considering what I paid way back then. All leather shoes but I’m not 100% about the bag ? If you restore items this would be such a wonderful project to take on. The shoes are so comfortable but as you can clearly see by the photos they have a lot of life left in them. Scuffs on the toes and underneath. Make sure you look at photos well and ask if you want anymore. I’m happy to help in anyway I can.
