I purchased both these items together in Las Vegas a long time ago. Considering they have been worn a lot they are in decent condition and I personally think they have a lot more life. Both pieces are a steal of a deal considering what I paid way back then. All leather shoes but I’m not 100% about the bag ? If you restore items this would be such a wonderful project to take on. The shoes are so comfortable but as you can clearly see by the photos they have a lot of life left in them. Scuffs on the toes and underneath.
