Soft, 100% Rayon shirt. Top has lace shoulders. Tightens around hips with a tie. Small clasp holds overlap closed. Very small bobbles over all material. Sleeves are loose. Not stretchy. Shoulder to bottom: 23.25” Pit to pit: 21”
