Owens & Elmes Ltd. Vintage Natural Python Snakeskin Purse Handbag from late 1940s. A Rare Find!!!! Handbag Features; Gold tone hardware Top handle strap is in matching Python snakeskin on top and underside is leather. Strap is non removable and non adjustable. Drop Handle 6”. Gold tone snap closure to top centre of purse. Interior of bag is lined in brown leather, clean, no tears or pen marks. Interior has one open slip pocket with gold tone piping to top of pocket, opening is 7” W. To front of this pocket is one zippered closed pocket 6”W and black fabric tag with Owens & Elmes Ltd. BEAUTIFUL ACCESSORIES. One open slip pocket of same size to opposite side. Includes original mirror - 2.5” H x 3.5” Four round gold tone feet to bottom of purse.
