Owl Decanter with Top Hat Cork and Shot Cups Novelty Retro Kitsch

Fun retro novelty decanter shaped like an owl with "I don't give a hoot" inscribed on the bottom. The decanter has a cork with a top hat stopper and four little hooks to hang the four plastic cups that come with it. Made in Japan. An interesting gag gift or decor item. Very good vintage condition, minor scuffs in the painted areas. Measures 8 1/4" tall
