PACT Floral tropical print cotton midi dress halter open back sz XL

Reposhing this item I purchased from @meganharding236. It's been hemmed shorter than a midi, I would say, with little stretch and not a generous fit. I wear a Large in PACT tanks, but I find the cut of this smaller. Probably better to fit someone who is a true size L or XL. Questions? Leave a comment below!
