PARKER Brooklyn Poplin Ruffle Dress Blue Pink Size 6

This is basically NWOT as I bought it final sale and it ended up not fitting me. It is a size 6 but runs a little small in my opinion. It’s a lovely purple blue with pink stripes on the body and white stripes on the ruffles at the bottom.
