PAT dress with a slit on. Dark green and white

Cute, lightweight dress. A slit on either side. Green and white. Has pockets. Elastic belt has a bit of wear and give, but intact. In good gently used condition. Would be cute over three-quarter length tights or even jeans if that’s to your taste. No size tag. I’d consider it a medium.
