Shoulders have an 80’s layered look with very small shoulder pads. The skirt has an elastic waistband and pleats for that vintage fit. MATERIAL: Rayon CONDITION / FLAWS: Gently used. Good vintage condition. The elastic on the skirt seems to be twisting a bit but it doesn’t affect the fit.
