PENNINGTONS Black red floral embroidered open-front mandarin collar jacket 1X 2X

Timelessly beautiful and exquisitely elegant, this Y2K era plus-size black and red open-front jacket is a head-turning gem of a garment. 😀 Hailing from the brand Penningtons and dating to c. 1990s - 2000s, this well-made mandarin/Nehru collar blazer is light-medium weight, unlined, not stretchy, and does not have any pockets or fasteners. No fabric content tag remains. To me, the fabric of this garment feels like it *may* be polyester and/or viscose. Highlights include 3/4th length sleeves, sophisticated red fabric on the inner collar and underside of the sleeve hems (aka, cuffs), relaxed silhouette, and the sublimely pretty Asian inspired floral embroidery that calls the front of this chic jacket home. ❤️🖤😍 📦 All items are lovingly packaged and shipped out quickly (same - two day shipping) from a dog-friendly home that is free of smoke and cat hair. 📏 Measurements: See photos above that include a measuring tape. It can still be tucked inside (I did so when photographing this garment), though it would stay "tucked" better and benefit from being resewn.
