Sleeves have been shortened, but can easily be converted back. The sleeve length, as it now is, is still very long. See measurements. Satin interior in parts. Unsure if this is leather, pleather, or faux leather. Smells like leather in some ways. I wore this last Christmas a couple of times - I am a medium to large and this fit well.
