This is a black sheath dress made from water resistant material plus liner. The top layer is sheer and layered with frilly horizontal ruffles. Underneath is an opaque polyester liner. You could wear it over bathing suit or on its own too. The layers of ruffles are lined with sparkly thread. Size: Large Stretchy. Sleeveless. Raw hem for water resistance.
