PH8 | Cowl-neck Bodycon Top w/Hoodie and Ruching

Long sleeve, body-hugging blue top features a cowl neckline and hoodie, accentuated with black trim and ruching. Neckline has mesh trim, ruching under sleeves and along sides of top with drawstring. Amp-up the top with skinny jeans and leather boots. I've also seen it worn as an athletic top which is another option to wear. In excellent condition.
