PINK TARTAN black sleeveless blouse with back ruffle and slit

Excellent condition only worn twice max. It is true black even though black doesn’t show well on camera. Dry cleaned only and dry cleaner tag is still on it. Pink Tartan is known for the quality of their cotton shirts. Size 6. Pit to pit approx 19”. Made in Canada. Sheer ruffle detail on back with split back. Too small for me otherwise would not be selling 🙃
