queenezkimo @beautynorth A tie? Like an elastic of sorts, or band? These have a patterned inner waistband, with the sizing tag. The waistband has a lot of stretch and is forgiving. Reminds me of classic leggings or a pair of lululemons. No additional parts or sewed items or adjustable belts/ribbons or elastic bands.
