dannis_boutique @laurellel So the hem width is 29½" but with the back still having extra fabric because of the pleating at the back

dannis_boutique @laurellel If you look at the back bottom of the skirt compared to the front bottom you can tell there is extra fabric used at the back. I will measure the hips for you right now!
