PLEASE SHARE Vintage kotton kandi sz 10 girls dress w Collar torn off by seller

Reposhing this item I purchased from @caryn10. I was always very upset with how this seller sent me this dress. I had commented that what she said was a cape was actually the collar of the dress and could I see a pic of the dress with the collar flipped over the dress? In the meantime, I bought the dress anyway as my daughters had one so similar and I wanted it for my little granddaughter. This seller, instead of shipping me the dress intact, decided to rip the gorgeous collar off the dress 😥 I was very upset about this and messaged her to tell her this and to please send the collar for this dress as I would never be able to find one like it. The seller refused, saying that she no longer wanted to sell me this dress and to please send it back. I refused, telling her to please send the collar. I escalated the situation to Poshmark. Their solution was for me to send back the dress and they would refund my money. I absolutely love this dress, but I am so very sad with this seller and her unethical, unprofessional way of handling this that I have decided to relist this beautiful dress instead of making it a new collar. Just to get this story out there and see what some of you think about what happened.
