PLT Green bandage frill dress

Reposhing this item I purchased. Loved it, but I didn’t end up wearing (was supposed to be my birthday dress in March 2020 but Covid happened) and then I never ended up wearing it. I did just notice there’s a split from the bottom, I’m not sure if that was there before or if that’s the style of the dress but I’m willing to give a discount off this if interested. Questions?
