New pair of thigh-high black suede heel with metal toe front from Pretty Little Thing. These are absolutely beautiful and so in style. They are brand new - without original box. Retail for $198 US.
4" block heel and measure 23.5" from heel to thigh. They are a UK 8 which converts to a US 10.

do these have a wide calf?

@neonostalgic @neonostalgic they're not made as wide calf specifically, but are decently accommodating! They do not have stretch, so aren't elastic-like,. I purchased them as a size 18 dress/pant body and they fit me no problem. I just didn't end up wearing them before surgery and unfortunately wasn't able to do any heel after
