This vintage Ports International vintage blouse is a double breasted design with notched collar and rolled cuff. It has shoulder pads and a taupe design on a cream background with a beautiful drape. You could wear this with jeans, buttoned up or open with a tank underneath. Made in Hong Kong. No size tag, but I would say fits medium to large, please see photos for approximate measurements to ensure fit: pit to pit 19", length collar to hem 27". Good pre-loved condition, one issue to note is two missing buttons, one on the outside bottom and one on the inside, as show in photos. Price reflects this.
