Overall beautiful dress with some snags and pulls. Never worn. I bought it when I was slightly too large to wear this dress. Now that I have lost weight it is now to large for me. The sleeves are so flowy and elegant. The blue pops so brightly in the summer sunshine. Elastic waist. Key hole back design. Pleated upper.
