PU Leather Look Puff Sleeve Romper. Shorts are quite short for my bubble butt, haha. Zipper back. Never worn. The material is quite nice and fairly thin for a vinyl/pu/leather type look, so I'd imagine it's not as hot as other materials of this sort.
