PUFF SLEEVE RUCHED FRONT POLKA DOT DRESS

The last pic is not the same as the one I’m selling but the pics of the dress aren’t the clearest so I wanted to give an example of how the front of the dress looks like. It has puffed short sleeves, ruched front (adjustable to preference). It is tight with cute polka dot design! I would recommend sizing up in this dress as the material does not have a lot of stretch.
