PUFFY SLEEVE TOP W/ BELT

I LOVE this shirt but I’ll be honest, the shoulders are super itchy. I have never worn it out in public, but if you can find a way to cover the stitching to make it not so itchy than it’s perfect! The belt is adjustable and snaps into place if you want a clean look.
