These are the high rise jegging fit jeans from Pacsun in a size 29. Distressed all down the front - some of the wholes are open to show skin while some have dark blue denim showing through the rips. Inseam is about 28”. Skinny jean fit. Waist measures about 27”. High waisted at about 11” rise. 2S
