Pact Fit and Flare Halter Dress. Sea Urchin blue with a pattern. Size L. Brand New. Bought online but never wore it. This 100% ethically produced cotton dress is super comfortable and beautiful. Unfortunately my breasts (F/G cup) don’t fit the top portion. I would say up to DD would probably be fine. 17” across the chest, but stretches 2-3”
